Hi everybody, Nick here! I have been getting a lot of questions recently about what technology I use to power the readings and analyses I perform, both in person, and via email, etc. In this post, I’m going to quickly outline all of the tools that I use to gather and organize information, and to deliver the best possible experience to my clients.
[Note: I am in no way being compensated for mentioning any of these programs and websites. I’m not getting anything out of this. This is actually what I use in my day-to-day numerology practice.]
My Go-To
It’s important to have a go-to software that has the features you’re looking for, and that you feel comfortable using. My go-to software is VeBest RadiantGuide. It’s a web-based professional numerology software (there’s a free version, too) that allows me to generate all of the numbers, cycles, and information that I need to conduct an in-depth analysis. It does this in mere seconds, and allows me to export charts to PDF, HTML or DOC formats so that I can print, edit or email the information I need. Its features include psychomatrix, transits/essence, compatibility, name change comparison and more. It truly is a top-notch numerology program. It has a free version as well as a professional license that you can use to create and resell customized numerology reports to clients.
Take a look at this screenshot I took from the free version, showing the personal year cycles and some of the calculations.

Additional Tools
Of course, there are a few tools that I use additionally to Radiant Guide to help supplement my reports and readings.
- World Numerology Decoz Color Chartmaker – For creating visually stunning numerology charts with all of the numbers and cycles at the tips of your fingers.
- Affinity Numerology Free Tools – I just these as they become relevant, but am especially fond of their transit/essence calculator.
Things to Keep in Mind
If you were shopping for a numerology reading online, you would find that 80% of these numerology reports were almost identical (if not completely identical). That’s because they’re delivering repackaged, canned reports. While that doesn’t mean they’re necessarily inaccurate, it certainly means that they’re impersonal.
We believe that the best numerology is the numerology that’s actually done when a person looking for answers meets the numerologist (by phone, email, in-person, etc.) and the numerologist works through the numbers with them. This gives space for the client to give feedback and fine tune the way that the numerologist interprets the numbers and cycles.
For that reason, these tools and programs aren’t used to deliver canned reports, but to give information to the numerologist they they can use to create a personalized real report. Tools and software like this save the numerologist a lot of time in doing the calculations, but still require expert interpretation.
